Cory Rath is the founder and Chief Real Estate Strategist of the Cory Rath Realty Group. He is a licensed Broker-Associate, award-winning REALTOR®, and has been a top-performing real estate agent in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor area since the beginning of his career. He is supported full-time by his exceptionally diligent, licensed Executive Assistant, Carrie Kasper. Together, they have 47 years of combined real estate-related experience across various sides of the industry. They are uniquely positioned to serve the real estate needs of the entire Corridor area.

In recent years, Cory has achieved distinction as the highest-selling individual agent in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City Corridor area, consistently selling over $20 Million in real estate each year. He has sold more than $200,000,000 in real estate since beginning his sales career in 2011.

Cory is an entrepreneur at heart and started his first business from his college dorm room at Mount Mercy University. He owned that business for 21 years, which involved investment property services and property management clientele in the Iowa City area, where he was born and raised. He now lives on the SE side of Cedar Rapids but remains active in both communities.
